2 INFORMATION AND CONSENT.

By accepting this Privacy Policy, users are hereby informed and give their voluntary, informed, express and unequivocal consent to the fact that the personal data provided through the website https://www.restaurantenovo.es/ (hereinafter, the “Website”) will be processed by the RESTAURANT, as will the data derived from browsing, and any other data that may be provided to the RESTAURANT in the future.

The HOTEL processes the personal data provided via the Website for the following purposes:

  • To manage users’ contact and information requests through the channels intended for this purpose on the HOTEL’s website.

8 USER LIABILITY.

Users:
