NH Hotel Group achieves bringing together traditional Galician and Mediterranean cuisine with an international touch at the NOVO restaurant, by chef Tito Fernández, located in the NH Collection Finisterre, an emblem in A Coruña.

NH Hotel Group has wanted to turn its NH Collection Finisterre hotel into an emblem. Following the group’s commitment to gastronomy, the Novo Restaurant, aware that gastronomy is part of the customer experience, combines the best products and the best Mediterranean cuisine with international touches.

In addition to having great international chefs, at NH Hotel Group value is also placed on national chefs and industry professionals, such as Tito Fernández, who complement the accommodation offers and make it possible to consolidate NH Hotel Group’s position as the best gastronomic hotel chain in Spain.

DiverXo (three Michelin stars) by chef David Muñoz, Santceloni (two Michelin stars) by chef Óscar Velasco, La Terraza del Casino (two Michelin stars) by chef Paco Roncero and NH Mindoro with chef Miguel Barrera (one Michelin star), make up the eight Michelin stars that make NH Hotel Group the hotel chain in Spain with the highest number of Michelin stars. In addition to 12 Repsol Suns distributed between Madrid and Barcelona.

At the international level, four more Michelin stars are added (twelve in total) with the Dutch chefs Jacob Jan Boerma, (three Michelin stars in the De Leest restaurant located in the NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam) and Chris Naylor (one Michelin star in the Vermeer restaurant located in the NH Barbizon Palace in Amsterdam).
In addition to the gourmet cuisine, NH Hotel Group continues with the segmentation of the gastronomic offer at other levels, like experimental, thanks to its commitment to cocktail bars with new offers on the top floor of some of the chain’s hotels.
