The cocktail Reception includes a selection of twenty hot and cold appetisers prepared by Tito Fernández that includes live cooking stations: Beer bar, marinated salmon tartar, selection of Praza de Vigo cheeses, grilled sliders and Capon pincho with peanut butter.
All paired with a wide selection of Godellos, Albariños, Ribeiros, Mencias, Riojas, and Riberas del Duero to choose from, cavas and varieties to accompany the chosen menu.
