Maître and sommelier at Novo restaurant.

Trained in catering and enrolled in the Professional Sommelier Advanced Course at the Instituto Galego do Viño, he launched his professional career at the Alborada de Coruña restaurant (one Michelin star), going on to become the maître at the Arbore Da Veira restaurant (one Michelin star) and, later, maître and sommelier at the Novo restaurant managed by chef Tito Fernández.
